Controls Engineer

Requirements: Maintain and update the companys PLC standards, libraries, and technical documentation. Hands-on involvement in large-scale pumping and water management projects worldwide . 5 years experience in PLC programming and industrial controls. Strong hands-on experience with Schneider PLCs, HMIs, and programming software (essential). Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical for control design and wiring diagrams. Knowledge of industrial automation, motor control, and electrical safety standards. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous. Strong communication skills, and able to collaborate with local and international teams. Develop project-specific PLC and HMI programs using Schneider-based control platform. Customize and adapt existing PLC codes for unique customer and project requirements. Design wiring diagrams, schematics, and control panel layouts in AutoCAD Electrical. Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and on-site commissioning of pump stations and automation systems. Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues during production and field deployment. Maintain and update the companys PLC standards, libraries, and technical documentation . Provide technical support to manufacturing, service, and customer teams.
