Treasury Director

Purpose The Director of Treasury is a key leadership role responsible for executing Orbia’s global treasury strategy and initiatives. This role will be accountable for Financial Risk Management and Corporate Finance activities of a complex multinational organization, collaborating with its fellow Treasury Director peers, senior Finance Leadership team members, Executive Leadership and Board of Director members. Main Responsibilities Provide strategic vision and functional management of corporate finance (financing and investments) and financial risk management activities for the consolidated business Lead strategic oversight of short term investment solutions in compliance with approved corporate policies Actively manage Orbia’s external credit portfolio of on and off balance sheet facilities impacting the calculation of debt leverage ratios and access to liquidity Coordinate relationships with Orbia’s external global and regional credit rating agencies including quarterly company updates, review of ratings publications, and coordination of individual ratings for debt issuances Collaborate closely and frequently with Treasury Director peers on strategic project updates, development of strong business group relationships, and share input on relationship bank and vendor performance Knowledge and Experience Requiered Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting At least 10 years of diversified treasury experience large multinationals, financial institutions, or specialized treasury advisory or technology firms At least 7 of those years must be in a practioner role within a corporate or regional treasury group At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory, people leadership role Demonstrated experience in leading multiple financial risk management transactions Strong project management organization and prioritization skills. Masters of Business Administration or Risk Management Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
