Compensation: $90,000 at plan earnings Responsibilities: Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base Update bookkeeping systems, customer records, and sales databases to report your monthly and/or quarterly progress to goals to stakeholders Qualifications: Candidates must have an insurance license Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required Basic computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary Proficiency with accounting or sales-related software is helpful High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred About Company About New York Life New York Life is a Fortune 100 company with a long history of doing good.
