GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER (Spa) CAMPS BAY - Atlantic Seaboard (Western-Cape) - South Africa STARTING DATE: A.S.A.P / 01 October 2025 REPORTS to: Manager on Duty / Spa Manager EMPLOYMENT: Full Time TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Tuesday - Saturday 09:00am - 18:00pm Closed on Sundays & Mondays (may re-open for peak season) SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS: R11,000 per month (Based on experience relevant) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: South African citizen Reliable transport to Camps Bay (there is public transport access) Computer confident - making bookings, responding to emails and doing general admin Professional telephone etiquette - clear, confident, speaking Excellent guest communication and command of English - our guests are mostly international tourists Beautifully groomed and highly presentable BONUS: Certified / Diploma in Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology SAAHSP / ITEC / CIDESCO accredited qualification EXPERIENCE: Reception experience in Spa / Salon or Cruise Ship Spa Therapist employment experience within luxury hotel or Ship Spa Knowledge & understanding of Spa industry & the lingo (describe treatments accordingly) Exceptional guest/patient relations Computer literate & skilled in booking software including ESP, Social Media & MS Office KPI: Conduct Spa tours & Spa Concierge Digital communication with guests Guest preparation for services Attend to queries Operate incoming calls, e-mails or walk-ins Guest check-in & check-out
