Minimum requirements: Matric (Grade 12 Certificate) Qualified Trade Tested Artisan (Fitter) Valid Code 08/EB Driver’s License 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment Proven experience with welding, motors, gearboxes, conveyors and elevators Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures Proficient in MS Office Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills Good communication, conflict handling and team coordination abilities Ability to plan, prioritise and work independently with minimal supervision High level of integrity, accountability and motivation Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven mindset Consultant: Rene Otte - Dante Personnel Greenstone
