Quantity Surveyor | Estimator

Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for HVAC projects. Analyse drawings, specifications, and contracts to prepare accurate costings. Monitor project costs, valuations, and variations throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site visits to track progress and verify completed work. Manage tender documentation and assist with the procurement process. Negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards. Provide regular financial and progress reports to management. Identify potential risks and provide cost-saving recommendations. Requirements: Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying (Degree/Diploma). Minimum 1 year experience as a Quantity Surveyor Excellent negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills. Proficient in MS Office and cost management software. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Remuneration: Market-related salary package, based on qualifications and experience.
