Dealer Principal

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full dealership operations including New & Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance. Drive profitability across all departments by implementing effective business strategies. Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies. Lead, motivate, and develop departmental managers and staff. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Analyse financial performance and implement corrective actions where necessary. Report directly to the OEM/Dealer Group management on operational and financial performance. Minimum Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 (Tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce/Management advantageous). Minimum 3 years of Dealer Principal experience within the motor industry. Strong track record in achieving profitability and growth in all departments. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Solid understanding of OEM requirements, financial management, and compliance. Valid drivers license and clean criminal record.
