General Manager - Citrus and Packhouse Operations - KZN

Technical Competencies and responsibilities Oversee citrus production and post-harvest packhouse operations from start to finish Create and carry out operational, financial, and strategic strategies in line with corporate goals Ensure adherence to labour, export, and food safety laws; manage production scheduling, seasonal labour, and packhouse performance indicators Organize supply chain, logistics, and export procedures for domestic and foreign markets Communicate with designated marketers to optimize sustainable returns in domestic and international markets Oversee and report on financial targets, forecasts, and budgets; promote workforce development, sustainability leadership, and continuous improvement Lead and complete infrastructure development and expansion projects.
