Job Description Job Description NY import company looking for someone who can handle International and domestic shipment management. Responsibilities included but not limited to: Reconciling items accurately including; bill of lading, shipping documents, inventory lists, and merchandise transfer reports. Tracking requests, monitoring and placing orders, tracking shipping status, and reconciling discrepancies as directed Receiving, inspecting and distributing merchandise to proper recipients while maintaining accountability. Manage admin roles in the office for various items. Must Interface with Brokers, Vendors, Distributors, Carriers & Clients daily. Company Description We are providers of factory direct materials and furnishings from top overseas factories for renovations and new construction in the hospitality field (Brand and Boutique Hotels), High end bars, Luxury Rentals and Restaurants.
