Project Engineer - Precision Manufacturing & Design

NiCoForm is seeking a motivated Project Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to design, innovate, and bring to life custom tooling and precision components that push the limits of what’s possible. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where no two days are the same. You’ll work from concept through production, gaining experience in advanced manufacturing technologies with plenty of room to grow. Responsibilities You will: Collaborate directly with customers to define project requirements and develop creative solutions to unique engineering problems Design solid models and detailed engineering drawings Estimate costs, prepare quotes, and enter orders into our production system Oversee production and resolve technical challenges Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Manufacturing Technology Proficiency in SolidWorks , GD&T , and Microsoft Office Skilled in precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, Vision systems, etc.) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong communication and problem-solving skills Bonus Skills (a plus, not required): CNC programming and machining experience Laser cutting or welding systems experience Company Description About NiCoForm NiCoForm is the world leader in Nickel-Cobalt electroforming, a cutting-edge technology with applications across multiple industries.
