Qualifications The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to managed high-volume caseloads 2 years in NYC real estate law, residential banking transactions Proficient in title reports, lien searches, and CEMAs Banking Services, Communication Skills, Detail Oriented, Financial Transactions, Legal, Liens, Maintain Compliance, Mortgage, Paralegal, Post Closing, Real Estate, Real Estate Law, Residential Real Estate Responsibilities Manage residential purchase and refinance transactions; including post-closing duties Handle pre-closing requirements (title work, mortgage payoffs, etc.) Prepare Closing Disclosures, HUD-1s, ALTA settlement statements Draft and process CEMAs and UCC filings Ensure compliance with "Paralegal/NYC" in the subject line
