Associate Attorney

Job Description Job Description Hagelin Spencer, LLC is seeking an associate attorney for its Buffalo office. Compensation commensurate with experience and extraordinary full benefit packages available including 401k with company match, health insurance, vacation time, sick time and paid parking. The associate will work in all aspects of litigation including depositions, motions, legal research, court conferences, client meetings, and trials. The associate’s focus will be in civil litigation, with a concentration in insurance defense litigation. Excellent writing and communication skills are required. 1-3 years experience in personal injury litigation is preferred. However, we are willing to train if necessary.
