The Quantity Surveyor Role The successful Quantity Surveyor will take full responsibility for delivering Employer's Agent and Contract Administration duties on new build residential projects, managing schemes from inception to completion. You'll work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. With project work based in Bristol or within an hour's commute, you'll benefit from a strong local presence and reduced travel demands.
