Conveyancing Paralegal

Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal Location: Central London (10-minute walk from Covent Garden) About the Role: Our client, a highly respected and forward-thinking law firm, is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal to join their thriving Residential Real Estate team in their Central London office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established firm with a dynamic approach to legal services. The Role: As a Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal, you will work closely with a team of experienced fee earners to support all aspects of residential property transactions—from initial instruction through to post-completion. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth file progression and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Opening new files and ensuring AML compliance Assisting with the full conveyancing process Handling exchange formalities, completion, and post-completion tasks Drafting financial statements and invoices Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms General administration and archiving Updating internal and external systems Liaising with clients and third parties under supervision About You: Previous experience in residential (or commercial) conveyancing within a legal environment is essential Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Able to work independently and meet deadlines Commercially aware and proactive in your approach Team-oriented, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality service What’s on Offer: Full-time, office-based position with the potential for hybrid working after a successful 3-month probation Supportive environment with ongoing training and development Excellent career progression within a respected legal firm Ready to Apply?
