Their team of 15 is highly collaborative, relationship-led, and respected in the industry. Now they are growing and we’re looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join us.What You’ll Be Doing Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and senior-level candidates Growing your own portfolio of accounts through business development and networking Delivering end-to-end recruitment across mid-to-senior roles (£50–60k sweet spot and above) Partnering with account managers and delivery consultants for maximum impact Becoming a trusted advisor in the financial services talent market What They Are Looking For A proven track record of BD success in tough markets Strong experience in 360 recruitment (contract and/or perm) Confidence managing your own accounts and running with autonomy A stable CV showing commitment and resilience Ideally, financial services experience (though not essential if you’re quick to pick up new markets) Why Join Them?
