HR Data Analyst

The Opportunity: The HR Data Management Analyst will support our HR system users in the US and Canada, providing support for data loads, transaction approvals, and data corrections to ensure employee information is accurate and complete. The position will build relationships with the users and provide coaching and training on the data management processes as needed. This role will work closely with the HRIS team to define and test system enhancements designed to improve the process efficiency and user experience of the system. How you will impact: Execute transactions in accordance with HR system policies and procedures to support our operations in the United States and Canada. Partner with US/CAN peers and the Global HRIS Team to identify and resolve all system issues and problems. Participate in the creation of documentation for our processes. Participate in training activities and knowledge sharing sessions provided by senior team members, HRIS, and other stakeholders to ensure quick and efficient learning and onboarding. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall systems and process efficiency in global HR. Train HR users on best practices when utilizing our HR system. What you need to succeed: Previous HR Data Management experience is a plus preferably in US/CAN support area. Ability to work well in a high volume, constantly changing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Ability to work with and maintain confidential information. Experience with PeopleSoft or similar HR systems preferred. Excel and analytical skills. Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude. Proficient in English. Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management. Be open to change and react quickly to a changing business environment. Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to suggest process and system enhancements.
