Apprentice Toolmaker

ROLE: Apprentice Toolmaker HOURS: Monday to Friday; 08:00-16:30 and 16:00 Friday, Fixed term for 36 months leading to permanent role SALARY: Weekly paid (£8.16 p/hr starting salary, increasing on successful completion of the apprenticeship) BENEFITS: Healthcare Cash Plan, 3x Salary Life Assurance, High Street Discounts, Staff Discount BASE: Site Based - Clover Nook Site, Somercotes, Alfreton. Once fully trained you will be making and repairing extrusion and injection mould tools, jigs and fixtures, troubleshooting extrusion and injection moulding equipment to find out whether it is or isn't the tool causing an equipment failure and maintaining tooling so that our uPVC products can be manufactured with minimal, or zero interruption caused by faulty tooling.
