We're Hiring: SAP BI and Analytics Analyst Are you passionate about turning data into business value? We're looking for a skilled SAP BI and Analytics Analyst to join our global SAP Support team and help drive insights across Finance, Sales, Operations, and more. About the Role As an SAP BI and Analytics Analyst, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud platforms. You'll design data models, build intuitive dashboards, and ensure accurate, reliable reporting to support decision-making across our global business. What You'll Do Maintain and support SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions. Develop and optimise data models (InfoObjects, ADSOs, Composite Providers, CDS Views, etc.). Design and implement SAC stories and dashboards to meet business needs. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across platforms. Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose BI solutions. Support process chains, data extractions, and scheduling of jobs. Promote data literacy and governance across the organisation. What We're Looking For 3 years' experience with SAP BW and strong knowledge of BI best practices. Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud . Solid skills in data modelling and design . Strong communicator able to translate complex data into clear insights. Degree in Business, Analytics, or a related discipline. Pragmatic, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines. ? Nice to Have Experience with SAP Data Extraction , Process Chains , and SAP Analysis for Office . Ability to work independently and within global teams.
