Part of a global group specialising in service brands and with a focus on quality, innovation, and operational excellence, they are now seeking a dynamic Head of Project Sales to lead and grow a critical part of their commercial operation. The Role Reporting to the Operations Director, the Head of Project Sales will: Own the strategic commercial direction for the Project Sales function. Identify and secure growth opportunities in both domestic and commercial markets. Lead the sales team to drive revenue from large domestic projects and recurring commercial contracts. Build strong customer relationships while promoting cross-selling and upselling of additional services. Analyse financial and operational data to guide decision-making, set targets, and forecast trends. Enhance sales processes and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company standards. Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing sales team members. About You We are looking for a commercially minded sales leader with: Proven experience in senior sales or commercial leadership, ideally in facilities management, home services, or a similar project-based environment. A track record of driving significant sales growth and improving commercial performance. Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders. Strong financial acumen and experience in analysing data to inform strategy. A hands-on, results-driven leadership style, comfortable coaching and developing teams.
