Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Provide IT support to clients (in-office and on-site). Assist with walk-in client queries and technical issues. Shadow and support the Manager to gain practical knowledge. Deliver excellent client service with professional communication. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT-related issues. Work overtime when required to meet client needs. Requirements: Background in IT (formal qualification or relevant experience). Programming knowledge or experience is highly beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Well-spoken, professional, and confident in client interactions. Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn. Flexible to work overtime when necessary. Valid drivers license and own transport preferred.
