Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities: Rallying a team of 15 - 35. Looking into team input matrices. Provide training, help, and a second voice to the sales consultants to help them achieve their targets. Always ensure the correctness of data, and report daily performance to the SSM. Develop rebuttals for the evolving customer queries and train the team members on the same. Conduct daily team hurdles to brief the team on the team and individual targets. Motivate team members to meet and exceed targets. Ensure meeting daily/Monthly KPIs - Revenue, conversion%, Average Revenue per User, etc. Develop sales targets for each team member and explain them with deadlines. Experience and Skills: Minimum of 3 years of managing experience Team Lead from the education industry background will be advantageous
