RAF and Medical Negligence Attorney

Minimum requirements: Minimum 3 years experience Post Admission as Admitted Attorney Experience dealing with Road Accident Fund Matter Plaintiff Experience dealing with Medical Negligence and Personal Injury Able to work independently and in a team environment Draft and issue summons, pleadings, heads of argument, and other court documents. Appear in High Court and Magistrates Court for trials, pre-trials, and settlement proceedings. Conduct consultations with clients, medical experts, and counsel. Assess merits of claims, quantum of damages, and liability aspects. Negotiate and settle claims with the RAF and opposing attorneys. Instruct and liaise with advocates and medico-legal experts.
