We’re looking for a Networks and Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our IT team in Mexico City. You’ll be part of a global organization, collaborating with local, regional, and global teams to drive strategic technology transformation projects. WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE? Lead telecommunications, network, and cybersecurity projects from planning to implementation. Apply agile methodologies (Kanban) to manage technical teams and prioritize tasks. Coordinate technical changes and ensure seamless integration without disrupting operations. Act as a bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and business areas. Maintain constant technological vigilance to anticipate threats and trends. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU? Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced English level required (C1). 5 to 7 years of experience in the IT industry, leading projects in multinational environments. Strong knowledge of CISCO Viptela/Meraki, Fortinet, monitoring tools (Spectrum, Cacti), and ITSM systems. Certifications in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Prince2 desirable). Outstanding leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer-oriented skills. AWS knowledge is key, as many of our projects involve cloud infrastructure. WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?
