Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients. Work you’ll do / Responsibilities As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. • Service Delivery transformation Support the documentation and mapping of current-state and future-state business processes across shared services functions (e.g., Finance, Procurement, IT etc). Create detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) using tools such as Visio. Identify process gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities under the guidance of senior team members. Assist in the development of business cases for shared services transformation, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and performance gaps. Support the development of benchmarking reports comparing client processes to industry standards. Maintain general knowledge of AI tools and technologies relevant to shared services and Global Business Services. Identify opportunities for AI application within client processes and propose recommendations to project teams for potential automation or process enhancement. Global Business Services Operations Assist Senior Consultants and Managers in tracking project deliverables, timelines, and risks. Support the preparation of meeting materials, status reports, and client communications in English. Help organize and document workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions. Support the collection and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for shared services operations. Assist in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery. Work collaboratively with Analysts and other Consultants, sharing knowledge and supporting a positive team environment. Seek feedback and guidance from Senior Consultants and Managers to ensure quality and consistency in deliverables. Qualifications Required • 3-5 years of consulting and/or industry experience • Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry • Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks • Advanced English level • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) • Ability to work effectively in virtual, cross-functional, and multicultural teams • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio and other presentation/analysis tools Our people and culture Our inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
