Consolidated revenues as of 12 months ending September 2024 totaled $13.7 billion. We are currently seeking for a Business Advisor based in Guadalajara or willing to relocate to this city. Job Summary: The Business Requirements Analyst will serve as a liaison between USAA Business stakeholders and technical teams to assess, define, and document business needs. This role involves managing incoming requests, facilitating consultations, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions through effective coordination and prioritization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with USAA Business to assess and define business needs. Schedule and participate in consultation meetings with stakeholders and technical teams. Review and validate incoming business requests. Confirm and renegotiate timelines based on scope and resource availability. Prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact. Document detailed business requirements and update relevant GENSIS fields. Track outstanding requirements and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs). Coordinate with Business, Legal, and IT teams to obtain necessary approvals. Ensure alignment across departments for smooth execution of initiatives. Qualifications: Proven experience in business analysis, consulting, or project coordination. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with requirement documentation tools and platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
