Role: Associate Director Location: Mexico City Key Skills: Associate Director, Project Manager Fulltime Permanent Position with HCLTech Skills Requirement: · Bachelor’s Degree in related field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree. · 10 years of professional information technology or business experience. · 5 years of experience directly leading a technology team. · 2 years of direct management experience. · Demonstrated ability to work with assigned platform components or similar platforms. · Strong knowledge of SDLC and/or ITIL. · Demonstrated understanding of business and technical concepts. · Demonstrated ability to deliver projects involving complex business workflows or system architectures. · Demonstrated working knowledge of a variety of software and hardware solutions, such as multivendor environments and hybrid environment of on premise, co-located, and cloud-based services. · Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. · Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
