LATAM Marketing coordinator

Join Our Team at Daikin We are looking for a LATAM Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team based in Mexico City (Polanco) About the Role You will be responsible for shaping and executing the way Daikin communicates its value across Latin America, not through technical specifications, but by emphasizing the brand’s premium identity, quality, and customer experience. This role focuses on creating meaningful brand connections with our customers and internal audiences, managing regional campaigns, and ensuring Daikin is seen as a top-of-mind, high-status brand What You’ll Do Develop and implement B2B and B2C marketing strategies focused on brand positioning and customer perception. Execute digital campaigns (Google, Meta, SEO, CRM) Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and deliver actionable performance reports. Organize and support events, trade shows, and brand/media training sessions. Manage internal communication platforms (Viva Engage, SharePoint) to ensure content is dynamic, relevant, and aligned with our brand voice. Liaise with regional offices (LatAm) to maintain brand consistency and adapt global messages to local markets. Lead strategies to elevate Daikin’s presence as a premium brand in Latin America. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in brand, communications, or marketing — ideally in premium consumer goods, technology, or lifestyle sectors. Proven experience in developing brand strategies, storytelling, and audience engagement campaigns (LinkedIn, SEO, CRM, etc.). Strong creative mindset and understanding of emotional marketing and positioning. Experience managing agencies (PR, creative, digital) to ensure brand coherence and quality. Experience with media tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Premier). Familiarity with internal communication tools (SharePoint, Viva Engage). Advanced English (spoken and written).
