Product Manager - Aesthetics

Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting for a Brand Manager to spearhead the management and development of our esteemed Brands. He / She will be responsible for developing and executing product strategy, pricing, and positioning, gathering customer requirements, and analyzing market trends. He / She will always act with the highest standards of integrity, adhering to the Group's code of conduct and complying with local and international laws and regulations. MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the strategic development of the marketing Brand Plan and a comprehensive 5-year plan for sustainable growth. Manage the product portfolio according to the brand strategy and investments. Conduct in-depth analysis of trends, competition, and identify novel consumer insights. Implement 360° product launches: communication, activities, and sales follow-up. Create and manage communication campaigns. Develop and maintain relationships with Scientific Societies and KOLs. Develop promotional materials aligned with the country marketing strategy. Analyze brand performance and competitor activities. Ensure promotional budgets deliver commercial impact in the country. Collaborate with other company functions involved in brand development: Education, Medical Affairs, Training, Supply, and Finance. JOB REQUIREMENTS 2-3 years of experience in healthcare management or pharmaceutical marketing roles. Proven success with a track record in marketing within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry. Sales success in biotech/pharmaceutical or related industries is a plus. Aesthetics medicine experience is preferred. Ability to work with diverse stakeholders (Healthcare Professionals, KOLs, Area Managers, Agencies). Understanding of activity forecasting and basic financial principles.
