Insurance Account Handler

Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Handler to support our commercial and HNW client portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with insurance experience looking to manage a diverse range of policies and clients, with exposure to multiple insurance products. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial and high-net-worth clients. Provide advice on policy coverage and liaise with insurers and underwriters to secure the best terms. Handle policy administration, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and documentation. Assist clients with billing queries, coverage questions, and risk assessments. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery. Keep up to date with industry developments, products, and FCA regulations. Requirements: Previous experience in an insurance account handling or advisory role. Knowledge of commercial insurance products across multiple classes of business. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Acturis and Excel is highly advantageous. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
