Babysitter wanted for childcare in Maple Ridge

Hi, my wife and I have 2 lovely boys. Both my mother and father live with us. My mother currently helps us, but she has physical limitations. We live on an acreage, with a big yard, sandbox swing set and lots of activities for the kids. I own and operate a construction company and work full time and long hours so Im not able to help my wife as much with the kids so we are looking for someone to help divide up the duties and work that needs to be done.
