Finishing Supervisor Automotive Foundry Industry Isando Key Responsibilities: Ensure finishing schedules and delivery requirements are met to quality standards. Lead, motivate, and develop the finishing team to achieve output, quality, and productivity targets. Manage machine maintenance with Maintenance Dept. support. Provide coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training for operators. Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and housekeeping standards. Authority: Direct team members and enforce company requirements. Hold production on non-conformance and initiate corrective actions. Implement productivity and process improvements within scope. Requirements: Matric or equivalent qualification. 23 years supervisory experience in production/manufacturing . Automotive Foundry Industry experience Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Knowledge of finishing/production processes, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Ability to manage IR, attendance, and performance issues.
