Key Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of SiiLA’s products, data, and the commercial real estate market to build credibility and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities, leveraging a consultative selling approach to tailor solutions to client needs. Engage with prospects through persistent outreach, effective listening, and thoughtful presentations to communicate SiiLA’s value proposition. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Take initiative to experiment, refine processes, and share ideas to help SiiLA scale in the Mexican market and beyond. Represent SiiLA at industry events and forums, networking to expand market presence and generate leads . Build strong relationships with prospects, clients, and industry stakeholders, maintaining trust and delivering value . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional client experiences . What Makes You a Great Fit: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. · A minimum of three years of experience in sales, preferably within commercial real estate, technology, or a related industry. · Strong business sense with the ability to qualify prospects effectively and identify opportunities for tailored solutions. · A natural curiosity and willingness to dive into data, technology, and market trends to build expertise and credibility. · Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to contribute to the growth of a fast-evolving organization and make a measurable impact. · Excellent interpersonal skills and clear, effective communication in both English and Spanish. · Persistence and resilience in handling objections, with the ability to bounce back and stay motivated . · Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, stay on top of leads, and deliver results . · Confidence and presence to engage with executives while remaining personable and approachable. · Coachable and adaptable , with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to apply feedback effectively.
