National Nutrition Coordinator (Sales)

We are seeking a National Nutrition Coordinator with proven experience in the commercial development of the agricultural nutrition and organic products sector. This role will be responsible for designing market strategies, strengthening distributor relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives nationwide. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field. Languages: Intermediate English (minimum 70% preferred). Technology: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint). Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management roles within the nutrition/agrochemical/organic products sector. Demonstrated ability to manage distributors and product portfolios at a national and/or regional level. Strong track record in sales closing and market analysis . Knowledge of crop management nationwide. Proven experience in managing KPIs and performance indicators . Key Skills In-depth knowledge of the agricultural nutrition industry, with a focus on sales, marketing development, and business growth. Availability to travel extensively nationwide. Strong results orientation (short, medium, and long term). Ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate sales teams. Customer service orientation and relationship management skills. Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently. Key Responsibilities Drive the commercial development of the nutrition product portfolio. Expand and strengthen the distributor network nationwide. Develop and implement competitive action plans. Ensure sales closing and manage collection processes. Lead market strategies and business growth initiatives on a national level.
