Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a Commercial Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in international logistics services (ocean, air, inland freight, and customs brokerage), with a strong focus on Asia–Mexico routes . This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with proven experience in freight forwarding sales and the ability to deliver immediate billing results within the first months. The position is highly field-oriented, demanding constant commercial activity, prospecting, and relationship building with strategic clients. Key Responsibilities Prospect, acquire, and manage a portfolio of clients across international logistics services (ocean, air, inland, and customs). Conduct a minimum of 100 prospecting calls per week and consistent client visits. Achieve a minimum billing of MXN $1.5M within the first 3 months . Develop and present commercial proposals, ensuring a smooth client onboarding process. Maintain activity and results reporting through CRM tools. Consistently meet monthly sales targets and drive sustainable revenue growth. Requirements Minimum 3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding (mandatory). Strong understanding of the end-to-end logistics chain (ocean, air, inland, customs). Active client portfolio within the logistics sector. Advanced English for client negotiations and international interactions. Highly results-driven, resilient, and field-oriented with strong relationship-building skills
