Pricing Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking a Pricing Specialist with proven expertise in negotiating competitive rates with Asian providers for both air and ocean freight services. This role is critical in strengthening the company’s sales strategy, driving margin improvement, and ensuring competitiveness in the Asia–Mexico trade lane. Key Responsibilities Negotiate air and ocean freight rates with Asian carriers and providers to secure competitive pricing. Prepare accurate, profitable quotations aligned with the company’s commercial strategy. Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure optimal buying conditions. Collaborate closely with the commercial and management teams during client negotiations. Develop and manage strong relationships with international providers. Provide guidance and oversight to the current pricing team member, with future leadership opportunities. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing within freight forwarding, focused on Asia–Mexico routes . Solid network and management of Asian ocean and air freight providers (mandatory). Strong knowledge of customs brokerage, inland freight, and full logistics chain . Advanced negotiation skills and strong business acumen. Leadership potential and commitment to career growth. Advanced English (spoken and written).
