Service Delivery Manager - Analytics

Requirements 5 years of experience in service delivery management, preferably in data, analytics, or cloud environments. Experience managing data engineering or analytics teams, or collaborating closely with technical roles such as Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, BI Developers, etc. Solid understanding of analytics platforms and modern data stacks (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Power BI, dbt, Snowflake, etc.). Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects or clients, meeting SLAs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Fluent in English and Spanish .
