Apply Oracle Database Specialist ! About the Job As an Oracle Database Specialist , you will oversee the administration and optimization of Oracle Database environments (up to version 19c). You will be working with advanced features such as RAC, ASM, Active DataGuard, In-Memory, Exadata, and RMAN, while ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of large database infrastructures (>10 TB). The role demands hands-on technical expertise, automation skills in Linux/Unix or Windows environments, and advanced English communication to deliver reliable, high-performing solutions. Requirements: 10 years of experience Administering and managing Oracle databases (latest version considered: 19c). Proven experience in Oracle Database Administration (19c or earlier versions). Strong expertise in RAC, ASM, Active DataGuard, and Exadata environments . Hands-on experience with performance tuning and query optimization . Proficiency in RMAN backup/recovery and Enterprise Manager . Solid understanding of database security and compliance. Proficiency in SQL language and database design principles. Experience with large enterprise-level database environments (>10 TB). Familiarity with automation and scripting tools (Bash, PowerShell, etc.). Oracle Database Certifications: Oracle Database Administration 2019 Certified Professional or equivalent (i.e. same certification level, and not older than 1 previous software version than the most recently released) Advanced English level (written and spoken) is required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Configuring and maintaining RAC, Clusterware, ASM, Active DataGuard, In-Memory, Exadata Servers, replication functionalities, RMAN, and Enterprise Manager. Performing analysis, diagnosis, and tuning for DB performance optimization. Implementing and overseeing backup and recovery methods and procedures . Ensuring compliance with database security features, policies, and best practices. Applying knowledge o f data modeling, application architecture, and SQL programming. Managing large-scale databases (greater than 10 TB).
