Learn more at [website]. We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our ‘Transformation and Operations’ team, a key part of our technology ecosystem within our EMEA operations. Your main responsibilities will include : Conducting end-to-end process analysis / mapping of MCC’s different processes: Label creation; Label sales; Footprint Optimization projects impact understanding functionality, data analytics and interpretation, identifying specific business objectives for each process, detecting pain points, proposing improvements, estimating impacts, tracking captured value, and driving continuous process improvement. Applying process mapping techniques to analyze processes, identify opportunities for simplification and automation, and estimate their impact (reducing operational workload, improving NPS, improving lead time). Applying and ensuring a methodology based on value, focused on agility, simplicity, and solution reuse / scalability, in line with MCC’s process design principles (customer at the center, zero operational load, automation, best technology for the job, digitalization). Collaborating with different departments (technology, S&OP, Operations, Business) and enabling them to adopt new ways of working in the process domain, with a strong focus on meaningful standardization. Maintaining thorough documentation of all process maps. Training and empowering teams to adhere to the new processes. Monthly reporting on CAPEX spending and anticipating year-end total spend; ensuring proper communication and transparency towards local plants. About You : You will fit right in if you love technology, want to understand and help mitigate the risks MCC faces, constantly learn about new print and finishing technologies, and - alongside developing your technical skills - also focus on improving your soft skills. Required qualifications and skills : At least 8 years’ experience in process analysis, simplification, and automation. Knowledge of process modelling tools (BPM, Visio, etc). Experience in agile and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc). Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. Holistic vision of processes with critical and innovative thinking. Ability to assess the business impact of identified improvement opportunities based on KPIs. Effective communication skills and strong teamwork abilities. Fluency in English; additional languages will be an advantage. Benefits & Perks : Remote work model / Home office 100%.
