Hr Cost Controller

Join to apply for the HR COST CONTROLLER role at LHH Responsibilities Reporting directly to the People and Culture, Administration Manager, the HR Cost Controller will be responsible for : Collaborating on the development of strategic staffing plans to meet high service standards and exclusivity; Assisting in preparing the annual HR budget, periodic forecasts, and cost scenarios, actively participating in hiring plans and salary dynamics using Zucchetti management tools; Monthly processing and monitoring of personnel costs post-payroll cycle; Ensuring cost reconciliation between accounting data, payrolls, and forecasts; Producing detailed periodic reports and dashboards for decision-making, analyzing variances, and supporting corrective actions; Optimizing reporting and workforce monitoring processes, automating repetitive tasks where possible; Maintaining data quality and consistency in HR systems through regular checks and updates. Your Profile Candidates should possess : A degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields;At least 3 years of experience in HR Controlling or Payroll roles within structured or consultancy environments;Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and labor cost management; proficiency in HR management software and data analysis tools (Zucchetti, advanced Excel);Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize; flexibility, teamwork, and operational autonomy;Basic knowledge of labor laws and taxation is a plus. Note : Remote working is not available for this role.
