Commercial Property Paralegal, Inverness

We are recruiting for a paralegal to join one of Scotland’s leading Commercial Real Estate teams. We are well known for our work across commercial and residential development, and in the investment, retail, healthcare, hospitality, leisure and industrial sectors. We are growing the team to meet client demand and market opportunities. We are looking for a paralegal to support the commercial property team in Inverness. Experience in conveyancing is a must, and a paralegal qualification is preferred. Responsibilities · Assisting the legal team with a busy caseload of transactions · Drafting and negotiating documents such as offers, leases, variations, dispositions, licenses to occupy · Reviewing and reporting on titles and other property diligence · Managing completion and post completion registrations and forms, including LBTT and land registration · Regularly communicating with clients · Assisting with file opening procedures · Providing ad hoc support Let your ambitions and ours go hand in hand At Harper Macleod you’ll be part of a collective effort that is never satisfied: celebrating the successes and inspiring one another to always improve.
