Be responsible for establishing the transportation quality management system within the jurisdiction, as well as managing the transportation business operations. Achieve key KPIs such as merchants' KPIs, pick-up on-time rate, delivery on-time rate, work order, and return order on-time rate. 2. Be in charge of managing the carriers. Based on the carrier assessment standards, conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual ratings, evaluate the introduction and exit of carriers, carrier rankings, and management of blacklisted carriers. Regularly review carrier management and issue abnormal warning and abnormal shipment execution risk governance improvement measures. 3. Regularly review operational data, summarize the status of KPI achievement, write operational reports, analyze the root causes of unmet indicators and promote the implementation of action measures and improvement effects.
