Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

What Will You Do at Quant Matter? Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements. Act as the first point of contact and gatekeeper for communications. Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and events. Assist in preparing presentations, documents, reports, and emails. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Liaise with internal departments, investors, partners, and stakeholders. Monitor tasks and ensure follow-ups on behalf of the CEO. Assist in ad hoc tasks related to project management, research, or administration. Ensure punctuality and adherence to work schedules. Handle office and non-office related errands and tasks as delegated by CEO Ensure the CEO’s office remains tidy, organized, and conducive to productivity. Due to the nature of the role and the need for real-time executive support, this position is on-site only and does not offer remote flexibility Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is essential to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients. Our Ideal Candidates Would Have : Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership. Interest in crypto, blockchain, Web3 , or financial/trading industries . Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. High degree of professionalism and discretion. Tech-savvy: proficient in productivity tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Telegram, etc. Comfortable working across time zones and in a remote, fast-moving environment.
