Devise strategies for driving sales growth and to manage sales pipeline in a CRM tool Ensuring the Asia Pacific region is on track to deliver its sales budget and identifying opportunities for underperforming customers Provide leadership and guidance for the Business Development teams in Asia Pacific Form internal relationships with local and international colleagues to ensure maximisation of opportunities across the broader business Maintains contact with customers to ensure their expectations are clarified, understood and met. Is able to balance the customers need for flexibility and innovation with commercial reality Analyze and formulate countermeasures for the commercial competitive landscape. Works closely with legal representative to shape and negotiate client contracts. Represents the company in trade events and conferences Any other duties as assigned by senior management Requirement: * Proven business development, sales or marketing experience in the high-tech or waste management industry (battery, eWaste recycling, etc). * Be prepared to make business travel within APAC as required J-18808-Ljbffr
