Job Description
Role: Customer Communications Management (OpenText Exstream) Location: Mexico (Hybrid Model) Responsibility: • Support, optimization, design, and migration of DOC1 for life insurance • policies • Changes to implement designing of new Exstream/Dialogue application from scratch • Designed and developed simple to complex documents in OpenText Exstream (Dialogue) in High Volume, Interactive (Live and Empower) and real time application • Worked in version upgrade and CCM platform migration from legacy to Exstream. Open Text Exstream Sr consultant • Support, optimization, and design of bank statement layouts. • Ability to build and deploy document applications using OpenText Exstream • Develop forms for document management using OpenText Exstream
