WHAT WILL YOU DO? Core activities : Actuarial and Financial modelling. Responsible for implementing actuarial software for financial reporting, understanding client needs, and translating them into actuarial models. Models Planning and Reserving: Develop planning and reserving models in accordance with regulatory valuation principles (Local, Solvency II, IFRS). Support insurance companies' growth through M&A, start-ups, and product pricing optimization. Capital Modelling: Collaborate with Risk & Actuarial Services to design risk mitigation strategies using appropriate KPIs for Life and Non-Life businesses. Data Governance: Contribute to designing and implementing data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, consistency, and traceability across portfolios, and supporting compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Technologies : Develop actuarial models using main programming languages (R, Matlab, VBA, Python) and actuarial software (FIS Prophet, MG Alpha, RAFM). Support insurance product innovation and risk/capital management, focusing on sustainability risks and ESG policies. Teamwork : Work with actuarial professionals to understand business needs, analyze data, and optimize models integrated with reporting platforms. WHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING WITH US Academic background : Master's in Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related fields, enabling Actuary qualification. Valuable expertise : At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with a top-tier actuarial consulting firm. Recent graduates with strong academic records and motivation are also welcome. Knowledge of programming languages and actuarial software is a plus. Soft skills : Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
