Voice AI Trainer - Italian

Success in this role involves having natural, meaningful conversations in your native language using a professional-quality external microphone and your laptop or computer. This role supports LingoTribe’s mission of making AI accessible and representative of all voices around the world. Responsibilities Engage in authentic, unscripted voice conversations in your native language (minimum 30 minutes per session). Use your computer and a professional quality condenser microphone (such as FIFINE K669, Shure SM7B, etc.) to record and submit conversations via LingoTribe’s platform. Collaborate with your language-specific community group for support, ideas, and feedback. Maintain clear, high-quality voice recordings in a quiet environment. Follow guidelines provided by the LingoTribe team to ensure quality and consistency. Contribute to developing inclusive AI by speaking naturally about everyday topics, culture, and life experiences. Qualifications Fluency in Italian or any supported language (Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Mandarin Chinese). Access to a professional external condenser microphone with pop filter. Stable internet connection. Ability to record in a quiet, distraction-free environment. External headphones. Comfortable engaging in natural, unscripted conversations with friends or family.
