The engineer will manage both strategic and hands-on aspects of our Control Techniques Dynamics portfolio, supporting commercial opportunities with technical and customer-facing support to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and experience. This role bridges product management, engineering, and regional drive centers to deliver application expertise, resolve challenges, and promote product adoption. Key Responsibilities: Support management for commercial products Quotation and proposal management Support for segments and regions Bid coordination Margin and profitability analysis Product and application engineering support Training and enablement Feedback integration and lifecycle management Cross-functional collaboration Performance monitoring and improvement Customer relationship building Travel Requirements: Minimum 25% travel, including overnight stays and out-of-hours meetings.
