KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The main responsibilities of a Production Planner include: Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules. Estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for production. Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays. Coordinating production operations based on material, labor, and equipment availability. Recommending solutions to reduce costs and improve processes and product quality. Adjusting production schedules to meet deadlines. Compiling and submitting status and performance reports to management. Informing relevant departments of schedule changes. Managing complex projects involving multiple departments (technical office, quality, production, sales, logistics, warehouse). Defining stock policies for package warehouses and managing stock levels to meet market demands. Procurement of package-specific components. Prioritizing planning of other made-in items with colleagues to ensure timely availability of goods. Continuously improving the packages planning process. SKILLS Good command of English (B2 level). EDUCATION Technical High School Diploma or higher. PERSONAL SKILLS Analytical skills, precision, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, proactivity, problem-solving abilities, teamwork attitude. Openness to change. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or related fields.
