Your contribution to Prysmian's Success: We’re searching for a Quality Engineer to join our team at our Livorno plant. Reporting to the Quality Manager of the plant, you will: Manage the day-to-day activities of our state-of-the-art laboratory, ensuring the highest quality in product testing and analysis. Create, implement, and monitor laboratory procedures to ensure all tests and analyses meet established scientific standards. Work closely with R&D, production, and engineering teams to understand their testing needs and develop comprehensive plans, cost estimates, and schedules. Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, equipment, and systems to enhance laboratory performance. Collaborate with R&D and Process departments to identify and prevent test failures. Maintain rigorous standards for accuracy and safety in all laboratory procedures. Organize and conduct FATs with customers. Lead safety initiatives for all laboratory activities.
