Currently, for one of our clients, a leading provider of professional Near-Infrared (NIR) analysis products and services, integrating R&D, production, and sales, we are looking for: Sales Location: Calabria or Puglia, Italy Responsibilities Implement the company's sales plan to achieve sales targets; Work closely with local partners; Search for target clients, build client pools, and conduct direct sales via phone calls and physical visits; Collect, organize, and feedback information on target markets; Establish deep customer relationships to promote re-purchase and transfer introductions, achieving sales growth; Manage customer information, storage, and classification. Basic Requirements 1-3 years of experience in direct sales; Must have experience in the olive industry; Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads; Passion for sales work, diligent, and proactive; Strong team spirit, responsibility, excellent communication skills, and interpersonal skills; Fluent in local language and English (writing, speaking, listening, reading); Driving license category B. Preferred Qualifications Experience in NIR, instruments, equipment, or related fields.
